While you cruise you can watch the plane crawl along the arc, read whatever your critic is thinking at 35,000 feet, eat the tray meal, and keep writing at the desk. On the ground there are 16 cities and 81 dishes to taste and press into a hand-drawn collection book, from a dollar pizza slice to white truffle tajarin. Appetite refills in real time too, so a city is a leisurely sitting rather than a click marathon. Tasted dishes become articles; articles take real time to write and pay your next ticket. Finish a city's whole menu and the book gets a stamp. Everything is drawn in wobbly ink on notebook paper.
