LoadingA chill collecting game where the flights take as long as real flights do.
You are a food writer with $2,400 and no editor. Fly somewhere, eat what the city is proud of, write it up, get paid, fly again. The hook is the waiting. Flights run on physical time: San Francisco to Los Angeles is an hour and twenty-four minutes, San Francisco to Bangkok is nearly sixteen hours. Board the plane and the game genuinely waits — close the tab, live your day, come back once you have landed. While you cruise you can watch the plane crawl along the arc, read whatever your critic is thinking at 35,000 feet, eat the tray meal, and keep writing at the desk. On the ground there are 16 cities and 81 dishes to taste and press into a hand-drawn collection book, from a dollar pizza slice to white truffle tajarin. Appetite refills in real time too, so a city is a leisurely sitting rather than a click marathon. Tasted dishes become articles; articles take real time to write and pay your next ticket. Finish a city's whole menu and the book gets a stamp. Everything is drawn in wobbly ink on notebook paper. Fully bilingual (English / 中文), and your funds, collection and mid-air flights are saved to your VibePlat account, so a flight you started on a laptop lands on your phone.
