Email support@vibeplat.ai and we'll get back to you. It helps to include the email address on your account, a link to the app or page involved, and what you expected to happen versus what actually did.

If you're writing about the iOS app, add your device and iOS version — most mobile-only problems turn out to be version-specific.

Forgotten passwords are self-service — request a reset link and it'll arrive by email. If a verification email never shows up, check spam first, then write to us; we can confirm whether it was sent.

Apps on V I B E // P L A T are written by other people, and anything published here is expected to follow the Terms. If you find something abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe, use the report action on the app or comment itself — that routes it to us with the context attached.

For anything urgent, or where the report form doesn't fit, email support@vibeplat.ai with a link and a short description.

You can update your profile and review what's stored on you from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and data, contact support@vibeplat.ai. The Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and why.
