Whack-a-Mole

The fairground classic, in your browser. Nine holes, one mallet, sixty seconds on the clock: twelve marquee bulbs go dark one by one while moles pop up and duck back down. Bonk them before they're gone. - Brown moles are worth 10. - Gold moles are worth 50, but they're quick. - Hard-hat moles take two hits: the first one knocks the helmet off. - Hit 5 in a row for ×2, 10 in a row for ×3. A swing at an empty hole, or a mole that gets away, resets the combo. It speeds up as the round goes on, and in the last stretch three moles can be up at once. Play with a mouse (it turns into a mallet), tap on a phone, or use the numpad: 7 8 9 / 4 5 6 / 1 2 3 maps to the nine holes. Sign in and your best score is saved, and the end screen tells you what share of players your best beats.
