Flip House is a weekly turn-based property game: buy a tired little house, renovate it with one honest crew, and sell into a market that breathes. Surveyors are almost honest — the true condition reveals only when you buy — and 30% down loans charge 1.5% a week while you hold. Every week the world votes on the outlook: sellers, buyers or wait, and the most-picked view tilts every player's market. Queue Paint, Garden, Roof, Bath and Kitchen against a single crew (or buy a second), ride the index, and reach 600 net worth. Honest aggregate votes, no fake players, endless after the win.
