Priority Matrix

Priority Matrix is a desktop + mobile web app for organizing tasks on a 2D Eisenhower board. The X axis is urgency and the Y axis is importance, splitting the board into four quadrants — Do First, Schedule, Delegate, Eliminate. Create a task and drag it anywhere in the continuous 2D space; its position sets its importance and urgency, and the card recolors to its quadrant. A side panel ranks every task live by a priority score (0.6·importance + 0.4·urgency). Mark tasks done (they sink to the bottom), delete with a 6s undo, and everything persists locally. Fully responsive with first-class touch support: on phones the board and ranked list become tabs, the board fills the screen, and all controls are tap-sized. Pure static HTML/CSS/JS — no build, no backend, no dependencies.
